I did not know this number and did not answer the phone.

Just got the same call.  Total scam.  Reporting to the FCC; DNC only works on legit telemarketers, not scammers. This is definitely NOT "Credit Card Services"

left no message.  just like others have reported.  called my cell phone.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number at 10:05 today. I answered because I have relatives in the 360 area code. Instead, it was a robocall from a company saying that it would consolidate my credit card debt, which I don't have.
