I answered this call and I was told I was eligible to lower my credit card rate to 6.4% and the eligibility time was running out. Press 1 to talk to a live operator, so I did. The foreign woman on the other end told me that I could lower my rate on my credit card. I asked her what credit card and she told me my Visa and Macys cards. I told her I didn't have either. Then she proceeded to tell me that there was a $3000 dollar limit on my Visa card. I asked her what was the name of the person she was calling.....she hung up.
Received a call from this number today. Same message that Margie received. This is not the first time - I've tried to remove my phone number using their procedure - calls stop for a short time and start again. This is annoying since my phone numbers are listed on the Do Not Call Registry. Is there any way to report them?
