Who called from 3603226539

I receive calls from 360-322-6539.  Caller id says 'Marysville WA'.  Same story as everyone else - payday loan scam.

On answering, a woman mutters something unintelligible in a rude tone of voice, then hangs up.

I have receive several calls from this number never answered it since I don't know the number. Figured they had to be scam. So sad that people don't have a life but harass other people who actually do have a life.

Received two separate phone calls from this number. Didn't answer it. What can I do to stop the calls?

I recently started getting calls from this number as well as others. Ive been polite and asked that they stop while they say okay at the time they still call. So I have decided to call them and harass them. I call them several times in a row and play gospel music into the phone. I figure a few days of this they will get tied of me and move on.
