There seems to be no way to stop these creeps. DNC (do not call) registry does not work. We block incoming calls but then they change the number they use and we have to block them again. Why can't someone shut these outfits down? Purported to be with "Card Services" to lower credit card interest rates. (Unfortunately that is not an identifying option in the drop down box below.) When I ask for detailed information or to be removed from calling list they hang up. Makes it impossible to complain with concrete information on WHO I am complaining about.
