I RECEIVE CALLS FROM THIS 360-322-6708 "BANKCARDSVCS" AT LEAST 2 0R 3 TIMES A WEEK. I HAVE CONNECTED TO THEIR SO CALLED DO NOT CALL LIST MANY TIMES. I STILL GET THEIR ANNOYING CALLS AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM. I ALSO LISTED WITH THE FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND THAT DIDNT' HELP.
This is incredibly funny because I don't own a credit card. I never answer these calls and let them go to voicemail, if they decide to leave a message, usually they do not. Wonder what they would say if I answered and told them I have not one card?
I've never heard of any of these company names and I didn't know they got such a small fine. I think they should go to jail. They are all a bunch of criminals. You might be one of them.
I think you might work for this company. Why shouldn't we report them to the FCC? If someone rips you off call the local police also. Whatever is being done by the government is not working since these criminals are still calling.
They don't pay for all those phone numbers.
Most likely they are using a computer to generate the calls via the internet and 'spoofing' the number.
They generate millions of calls for very little cost, and change numbers regularly to dodge call blockers.
There is an active 'resale' market in the hardware, software and even the recorded messages to do this.
