I RECEIVE CALLS FROM THIS 360-322-6708 "BANKCARDSVCS" AT LEAST 2 0R 3 TIMES A WEEK. I HAVE CONNECTED TO THEIR SO CALLED DO NOT CALL LIST MANY TIMES. I STILL GET THEIR ANNOYING CALLS AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM. I ALSO LISTED WITH THE FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND THAT DIDNT' HELP.
The DNC doesn't protect you from the illegal telemarketers, scammers, fraud or extortionists. Charity's,political and some survey's are exempt. A survey call with sales attached to it is illegal. You can report these calls here:

11/22/13 - I got a recorded call from Card Services about lowering my credit card rates. This number called me 10/28/13 also. I filed a complaint with FTC for both calls.
