I just received a robo call from these people about a lawsuit being filed by the IRS, this came out of nowhere. I know for a fact the IRS will send notices in the mail if you owe taxes. I dont owe taxes so I know this is a complete scam. Dont fall for this!
I too received a recorded female message. My husband, who is retired, received 2 calls this week and hung up on them. I contacted IRS on their website and reported them. Enough!!!!
Got the call knew it was a scam since a few of my friends got the same call. I spoke to a David Williams who had a very heavy India accent said he was from the IRS and ask my name I said you should know it. I told him on the IRS web site states the IRS do not contact anyone by phone and this is a scam.I had Little fun with him and ended the call. Beware of this number 360-369-4015 Battle Groun WA
