I just now received the same text message from 1-360-936-4499.  Thank goodness I have unlimited texting or I would be P*SSED OFF!  I tried to call and it just rang and rang.
The text only states:
February only www.weRmp3.com has music for only 8 cents a song! Over 5 million songs to choose from! go now-www.wermp3.com Better than iTunes works w/iPod.

Clearly is a scam.  I too, am on the DNC list as well!

Verizon customer, also on Do Not Call.

Will be blocking all numbers found in the topic tonight.  Also reporting to FCC, Do Not Call, IC3, Better Business Bureau (any others that I need to do that I forgot about?)

360-773-9568 was the 'cricket customer who is unavailable... try your call later' recording I rec'd when I tried to call them back....   they sent the following unsolicited text msg a few minutes ago...  I DON'T have unlimited texting on my phone AND am on the Do Not Call registry for all phones (this was to my Verizon cell phone)    msg -->  "February only www.weRmp3.com has music for only 8 cents a song!  Over 5 million songs to choose from Go now www.weRmp3.com! Better than iTunes works with iPod Feb. 4   7:38 pm"  This is a disturbing intrusion and I hope it's not the start of more of the same!!!

Just to set things straight; enabling cookies would do nothing at all. Cookies are always harmless.

Actually subscribing to their service, on the other hand, is what would bring you harm.
