Hi, I just called Verizon for teh same reason. They Txt me back you can block 5 incoming numbers at no charge. Add this feature by going to Verizonwireless.com and select Verizon safeguards. I will do this and will not answer anymore calls from a 360 area code
I just filed a complaint at the do-not-call registry. Please also file a complaint if you want these calls to stop. Go here:

It does not matter if your not registered, the site says if the call is a recording - you can still file a complaint.
This has been going on for months. They call my cell phone usually when i am at work and too busy to deal with it --I get a rash of calls that start with a ship's horn and know it is them. I get them to stop calling for a month, and then they put me back on the list. It is so annoying.
