Hi, I just called Verizon for teh same reason. They Txt me back you can block 5 incoming numbers at no charge. Add this feature by going to Verizonwireless.com and select Verizon safeguards. I will do this and will not answer anymore calls from a 360 area code
I received a call this a.m. while driving to work. I didn't answer it, but when I got to work I checked the area code and was led to this page. I will file a complaint and hope something can be done to stop repeat calls.
