It's a robo-dialer backed by a recorded announcement. I have answered this call several times because the area code is local and I think it might be a legitimate call from somebody who's not in my address book.
The recorded message begins with a boat horn blaring and then he says, "Hello, this is your captain speaking..."
There's got to be a more effective way to recruit passengers for a charter cruise than to spam every phone in the country with junk robo-calls. I don't know if they've broken any laws but I hope nobody makes a purchase from these obnoxious people so they will eventually have to file for bankruptcy and STOP CALLING ME!
I got a call from 360-460-6284 today while I was at work, and I get everytime it calls, I'm at work. Does anyone know how to block the number or get removed from the call list?
