They called me when I was in class, but my phone was on silent. Left no message for me, just their number on my 'missed calls' list. This has happened more then once before.
I actually talked to a live person about taking me off their call last and the representative actually cussed me out. Now I am even more pissed about them calling me.

To the answer 10 ques- if you answer 1 quest it bails them out from legal probs. Washington state also allows their prisoners to make some types of these calls. Good luck
