no message- just left their number anyway to stop this mess- getting pretty boring
been selling cellular for 23 years...The FCC STILL does not allow "public release of cell phone numbers" Not sure what you are referring to about Bush... just not substatiated...you can go to the fcc.gov site and find the real info.... I get this number calling, too....very annoying...
