Who called from 3604606284

Two days in a row of Washington phone calls from the same number. Last call was 11am PST then as an encore I get another call from 206-338-0543 in Seattle and hour and twenty minutes later.

360-460-6284 is a collection agency for someone who has borrowed money.
you can't call them back (i tried)
they call my phone everyday @ 8am - 8:42am everyday because of the last guy who owned the phone number i currently have.

No message.  Just calls every once in a while.  I never answer.

I just received one from the 360 number but also have from the 206-200. Funny thing is the numers are prefaced with an 11 before the 10 digit number.

Got a call today, and repeated calls from the WA area.  No message.  ANNOYING!
