call to my cell phone, no message, won't accept incoming return call

bizzare.  no one answers when i call back.  However, it looks as if many other people are having problems from the same number.

Block this number, its annoying

First, let me share with you that I have been a member of the DO NOT CALL list for solicitation/telemarketing calls since its inception.  Unfortunately, their unwanted calls still make their way through. (LoL)

Today is my lucky day!  At 10:21a EDT, I received a call from 360-461-4895.  I didn't recognize the phone number so I hit my handy dandy "ignore" button and off to voice mail the call went. Unfortunately for me, they didn't leave a message.  Apparently, it was not very important.  But hey, maybe, just maybe, I'll be lucky enough to receive another call!  I feel oh so very devilish when choosing ignore.  (LoL)

Enclosed are a few of the other telephone numbers I have received from the 360 area code and 46* exchange.  All have left no messages:

I get a call from this number once a week with a recording telling me I won a trip on a cruise trip. ugh so annoying
