Annoyed
Yes, card services at 360-474-3909 called my home phone as well.  Did not answer.  Automated answer left on my machine stating to press 3 now to lower interest rates.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC but due to the volume of these scammers I don't think they will ever stop any of them.
I find that I get great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, security code and social security number that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a card that I no longer use since they raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

She can't be shut down most likely because this is not a legitimate business.  That's why the complaints do no good.  Legitimate businesses have physical locations and can be prosecuted.  The scammers move around a lot and change their phone numbers all the time.  I can't tell you how many times I've gotten a call from "Rachel" - and it seems like it's always from a different number.

Infuriated
Got calls from them for a week & and a half, and I continually pressing "3" to stop receiving calls from them on their automated service.  Finally on Thursday (05/17th) I pressed "1" to speak with a representative and told her, "I am all ready on the state AND national 'Do Not Call,' I am formally requesting that your company put on their Do Not Call List.

Now this morning, I receive a call @ 11:36am from them, so I again opted to speak with a representative; she asked if I had more than $3000 in credit card debt, I answered, "no," and she hung up on me.  I get another call @ 1:43pm, pressed "1" to speak with a representative and simply informed them that I reported them, their number, and posted address to the FCC.

Although I am on the  Do Not Call list, this company has called me twice in the last week with a supposedly urgent message about credit card interest rates. I have no way to contact them directly.
