They obviously don't want anything other than to verify that someone is on the other end, so looks like they are collecting phone numbers to sell, so please don't press 3 or 1 as that will just put your number on the list they are going to sell.
Hey wow - did they actually (mis)represent themselves as being Visa? I have had to be careful because of the silent 'W' in my own name! Maybe instead of complaining to the government we can complain to the credit-card companies. Fraud by others is bad for business.
