The Do Not Call list isn't useless, it's just unhelpful. :-/
In other words, getting on it just gives the government (and you) the ability to file a complaint or suit...but then they have to follow through. And sometimes that means they just collect complaints and wait until they have X many (to be sure they have a good solid case) and other times it means they go to the company, the company shows that they're following the rules (or lies and says they'll change their ways), and then...nothing. You technically can file suit against these people (if you can find them), but the amount of work that requires is what keeps these people from being sued and fined en masse.
The fact that I've blocked every one of these 360 numbers and they keep using new ones says these people don't care if they get caught. That combined with the fact that these are coming from the far end of Washington State make me think they might be using this number but located in another country where nobody can touch them.
So in the meantime, do what you can, file a complaint with the FCC

and the Do Not Call list

And maybe even let your state Attorney General's office know.
Got the same called just a few minutes ago on my prepaid cell phone! These jerks cost me money every time they call. Seems I get more of these bs calls since I added my number to the DNC list. makes you wonder who sold the list?????
