This is a telemarketing call disguised to look like a political survey. I listened to the recording long enough to hear the caller say "For answering a few questions about today's political atmosphere, you will receive a free cruise for two."
And of course then they will try to sell you something.
It's a telemarketing call in disguise to take advantage of not being able to block political calls.
I got a call from this number this morning. I live in NC, across the country from this number. I did not answer, nor did I try to call it back. The number did not leave a voicemail either. I'm pretty sure it's one of those calls like the ones that call from California.
