The lovely "Rachel of Cardholder Services" called me this morning via recording to assist me in lowering my credit card interest rate.  Opt out doesn't work, talking to a live agent and a live manager doesn't work, The Do Not Call list does not work. So Rachel calls me alot, life in America where corporations rule, governments and people drool.

Keep  getting  annoying calls  from here &  never  leaves a  message.    Very  Annoying.

They just called the busineess I work for in MN. They didn't say anything and then hung up...

This number call twice today to my business number and did not leave a message.  Each time it had a different CallID:  "DIRECT  ACCESS" the first time, "Arlington WA" the second time.  Looks suspicious.  Add it to my phone's block list.

Caller ID said "Arlington."  The caller hung up before I could get through my greeting.
