Steve Hamilton, Estela Hamilton, and Michael Pittman of Pacific Telecom Communications Group are the ones behind these scams. The have registered as a public utility in several states in an attempt to shield themselves from their illegal telemarketing activities. What makes it so comical is that Steve Hamiliton actually applied and was granted utility status in at least one state simply using a Gmail account and a bogus phone number.

Pacific Telecom Communications Group is a telemarketing company run by Steve Hamilton (cell # 310-895-0574) that relies on illegal and criminal practices at all levels of it's operation. Pacific Telecom is registered in several states as a telecommunications utility. It exploits this utility status to receive "CNAM" caller ID fees from reviving telecom operators for every unsolicited telemarketing call it makes. Pacific Telecom uses it's status as a utility as a cover story to hide it's illegal practices and blatant violations of FTC rules. As a telemarketer, Pacific Telecom is liable for $500 for each unauthorized telephone call to numbers on the Federal Do Not Call registry.
