This SCAM has literally DOZENS of numbers and names they use, and yet the same dumbaze Rachael in the recording.  SCAM

As if the govt has done anything to stop these thieves in the past.  Don't waste your time.

Wants to lower my credit card interest rate.  Ask them not to call but they say nothing and hang up.

For those wondering, the do not call list does not apply to these calls because they are non legitimate companies. These calls are all scams of some sort so they don't care if you are on the do not call registry. The only thing you can do is call the Federal Trade Commission and report the calls with as much information as possible. If the FTC gets enough complaints against these companies they can file class action law suits against them. I do it every time they call.

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.  If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit.
