Who called from 3604743968

For some reason I get this call all the time, both on my home phone and mobile.  Automated recording... "This is Rachel from cardmember services..." calling to reduce my credit card interest rates.  Are there really people out there dumb enough to give these people their information?  My next stop is the FCC since this call was to my mobile.

calling cell phone...needs to stop my husband uses this phone for business .no is 360 474-3968 and never is anyone there.

"Cardholder services" scam.

This number is a scam, do not answer, don't think there is much to stop it.  Tried the "Do Not Call" option with no luck.

I really need to get that airhorn for these calls.  Answer the phone in a barely audible whisper, and make sure they are straining to hear you, then airhorn.
