Who called from 3604743968

I received a call from this number, but because I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer.  I only answer calls from numbers I know.  When I don't answer, if it's important, a message will be left.  If not, it ends there.

Well, the DNC list apperently doesn't work now, does it?

This number keeps calling, and hanging up...
