they have called many times and finally got tospeak to someone told him i will file a complaint with FCC. you should too. there is a link above.

Pre-recorded message saying this is my final notice to reduce credit card debt. Pressed 1 to speak to a live operator. They say they're card services with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Can help lower interest rates if you have debt over $4,000. Asked how they got my number but couldn't say how. Advised I was on Do Not Call list and they hung up on me. This is about the 5th call this year - they ALWAYS hang up on me! Their number is 360-474-3968.
This party called the Whitehouse and asked to speak to a black person. I told them I was not an American so the person told me to hit "1" and I would be not called in a 24 hour period....but if I was white it would be 6 hours. WTF
