Answered line got some dumb automated add so I called back and when what is suppose to pass as a human being answered and when I asked what he said - he hung up. Nothing but another telemarketer scam that your big nanny gubment is supposed to take care of but doesn't.
Receive calls almost daily in regard to my credit card that they can lower my interest rate. If I don't pick up they leave no message. I have been on the Don Not Call list since the begining and have renewed it several times. They call morning, noon and night. The caller ID says HFCA. They have also been calling my cell phone which is also on the DNCL.
This was a legit number, caller ID was this number , left a message asking me to return a call at a different 800 number, said this is not a sales call ,please call regarding your Capital One Card. I called Capital One to verify and they said yes it was correct, forwarded me to this number. I had payed off the credit card in full 2 weeks prior 14,000. They were calling to inform me that due to information on my credit report my credit card that was paid off in full had been reduced from 14,200 to 2,500 credit line. The call center is foreign but legit calling to decrease your account.
