You're a retard. Obama didn't repeal the do not call list you moron. Political calls were always exempt from the do not call list. You know why? Because politicians wrote the law and both sides of the aisle enacted the law. If you've got a complaint about the existing law, call your congressperson and take a civics class because the president doesn't have the capacity to make law.
