I got the same email. Is this legit or is it a scam? I called the number n some guy answered w a forgein accent. Told me to hire a lawyer as I would be served with a warrent and arrested.
Going to be pretty hard to get damages in any law action. These people are hard-core scammer/extortionists located in Inda. They are beyond the reach of US law.
I too have been receiving calls from this number. Today got the same exact email as below. Here is the email.

We have received an Arrest Warrant against your Name and Social Security on June 18th, 2014
which is scheduled to be processed to your State and executed on June 20th (Noon), 2014 for 'None Court Appearance'
According to legal proceedings. You have every right to revoke or cancel the Arrest Warrant by settling with the Plantiff before Arrest Warrant processing date of June 20th, 2014.
I have done nothing illegal and this is plain out illegal what they are doing. I will not respond.
