Got a call from this number today at 1:37pm on my cell phone and didn't answer but they didn't leave a voicemail or anything

Receiced a call from this # and did not answer..... Thanks everyone for all the great imput. I will make a call to the FCC as well.

I get calls from 360-529-6100 & 360-529-6175.  

A little googling gives me additional numbers:

www.complaintwire.org has a listing for "Card Member Services" where a few of these numbers were posted, along with many others.

Some reports say Pacifictel was on the caller ID.  Others say New A Co was on the caller ID.  Some say home security systems, other say consolidate or lower credit card rates/debt.  Most say dead air, hang ups or something similar.
