If you're on the DNC Registry, you can register a complaint about the company. It may or may not do any good, but if more people that report the company, it's more likely to do some good.
I received a call from this number to my cell phone, which is on do-not-call list - so what is the excuse for the call? I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Could they be doing a business with someone who legitimately has my cell phone on file and has the right to call me? Or how does this information - cell phone number - leak to a caller like this? Could there be an authority to stop this kind of calls?
