I've received two calls from this number. The first I didn't get to and they leave no message. For the second I answered to a recording about lowering my interest rates. I pressed '1' and got a live person asking for information about my credit cards. When I asked what company he worked for, he hung up.
I called back and got a recording about them being the Do Not Call Registry ([***]!) asking for your phone number. Obvious ploy to get the number of a gullible person for them to scam.
I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry and recommend others do the same: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
I received a call from this number 360-529-6136 on my cell phone. I tried returning the call but got a busy signal. After several attempts, I finally got through and a recording came on, I punched in my phone number to be removed from their list, then was placed on eternal hold. Annoying! Probably a bunch of scammers.
I keep getting calls to reduce my credit card interest--I don't use credit. I am on the "Do Not Call" list. I told them to stop calling. Why are they calling my cell phone? They also don't identify themselves.
