I received the same call. But didn't answer & of course like the rest of you , no message. However, my cell is on the Do Not Call List!! Once ur # is on there it's on there. Unless it's been disconnected or a few other minor things, You don't have to redo it every 6 months. I didn't answer my phone so unfortunately I can't report them.
But then u have company's like this who just dial every single #. So nothing is going 2 help.

Telemarketing scan to my cell phone. Message tries to sound like your credit card gas an issue. Scam to consolidate credit card debt and lower interest rate.
This number keeps calling my husband's cell offering to reduce credit card rates of which he has none. Our numbers have been on the Do Not Call Registry since 2005. Everyone should do what I did and file a complaint at donotcall.gov.
It's some BS telemarketing SCUM group. The recording starts off seemingly like they are calling about a credit card issue, but then it's a "lower you interest rate" offer. The pins in the butt thing is that you can't call the number back. I'll managed to get throught ot one of their idiots once and screamed at the [***] about being on the do not call list and was assured that they would take me off, but guess what.
