I received the same call. But didn't answer & of course like the rest of you , no message. However, my cell is on the Do Not Call List!! Once ur # is on there it's on there. Unless it's been disconnected or a few other minor things, You don't have to redo it every 6 months. I didn't answer my phone so unfortunately I can't report them.
But then u have company's like this who just dial every single #. So nothing is going 2 help.
* The real kicker is- a CC company? I could have had a lot of fun with them!! I don't use them!!!

I also received the same call, I pressed 1 to talk to someone and she asked if lowering my interest rate would be beneficial to me. I said no, and I am not sure why you are calling my mobile number. I was pleasant to her, but she hung up anyway. I am sick of telemarketers calling my mobile and who knows how to stop it!
Recorded offer about my "credit account". "There is no problem but we can lower your interest rate." Pressed 1 to talk with a live representative. When he answered I asked to be put on their do not call list. He slammed the phone down without saying a word.
Just saw a missed call from this number (2nd time in two weeks). No voicemail. Called back and entered cell number on automated system "for removal from list." We'll see, I guess!
I also just got a call from this # just now. I called back and it was a recording to be entered on a DO NOT CALL List. Then I called back 2 more times and it was busy. I think the removal # is a scam but I don't know for sure.
