Press 1 to claim your government (money) reduction to lower your electric rates. Heaven knows we'll need it seeing as Obama wants to necessarily skyrocket our rates. At the start of the recording it sounded like APP HEAP, Y HEAP and PIP. Sounds more like a bottom feeder scam.
I have been getting calls from this # for the last 2 days. so far 2 times today, 2 times yesterday. never answered since I leave my phone on silent while I am at work. I am also on the do not call list. Maybe I need to add myself AGAIN.
