Press 1 to claim your government (money) reduction to lower your electric rates. Heaven knows we'll need it seeing as Obama wants to necessarily skyrocket our rates. At the start of the recording it sounded like APP HEAP, Y HEAP and PIP. Sounds more like a bottom feeder scam.
They also use this number 360-529-6122. If you have Time Warner for house phone,you can go online and block their number. They can no longer call us. They do call, you will say hello many times over then they just hang up. If they do talk to you, they will say they are from an alarm company.
