I got the same message.  It was all an automated recording

Just got a call from this number on my cell with a prerecorded message form card services to press 1 if interested in lowering interest rate to 6.99%. A guy comes on the line and asks if I am responding to a reduced interest rate offer; then asks if I currently carry balances or pay in full.  When I asked if this was for a credit card I currently hold or for a new card he promplty hung up.  Definitely a scam.

entered my # on national do not call list and wound up getting a call from this 360# anyway. what gives

I am on the Do Not Call List and this number called my cell. I didnt pick it up because I dont know anyone in
