Some guy called. He left a message. The message was all broken up. Said to have my attorney call him right away in a rather demanding voice. First of all if I have some kind of problem with the IRS I am sure I will get some kind of paper in the mail. Don't fall for their crap. They are just trying to get money from you. Waste of time.
Got several calls from this number and finally answered , a woman that spoke broken English informed me that my number was selected to receive 9800.00 government grant that I don't have to pay back ..... Then she asked if I was interested in receiving it , I asked how did you get my number and she hung up . Tried calling it back but I get this is not a working number . I am going to pursue prosecution on this number , it can be traced if you know how :) They [***] with the WRONG person :)
I got a call from this Indian sounding guy, sounded kind of rude at first, then same thing, said I had a grant from Washington DC for 9 grand. He said to call this # "206-855-5577". He said when I call this # they will take my info so they can send it directly to my bank account or western union. I said "why don't they just send me a check"? They said they won't send a check. The last time I got a rebate check from president Bush the government sent it via my mail box. I didn't have to call for anything. I guess people really fall for this stuff. Just direct them to the FBI. Sounds like a serious crime ring of thieves.
Received? 2 calls today from this number answered the 2nd one. First words of the guys mouth were he was calling from Washington DC. I listened for about a minute told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Same thing, could barely inderstand him, $9000 grant. First clue he called from Washington State.
A man claim his name is Joe Thompson that US Federal Grant Department selected my name to give $9,000. His phone number displays as 360 533 7349. I requested him to remove my phone number from his calling list because I'm on No-Call list. He refused and continued to talk. I hang up and added the number to Block Number list on my phone.
