Some guy called. He left a message. The message was all broken up. Said to have my attorney call him right away in a rather demanding voice. First of all if I have some kind of problem with the IRS I am sure I will get some kind of paper in the mail. Don't fall for their crap. They are just trying to get money from you. Waste of time.
calls repeatedly on a business line. I do not answer, but my voice mail picks up- and no message is left. This occurs several times a day & has gone on for weeks! based on other posts here, I believe I will answer next time and tell them I am with our special investigations unit, call is being recorded and transmitted to the FBI.... SCAMMERS!
Asked to speak to Jennie advised no one by that name here. He called back later and I had his number blocked by Bell-tronics blocker. I picked up and listened he kept asking for Jennie and then he said F**K you and hung up. Lot of background noise like call center. He was apparently from India with such an accent.
been calling several times a day, I called back and it stated number unknown, answered today and the identified them selves as the "Department of the Treasury" I ask who I was talking to and they refused and just repeated they where from the Dept of Treasury I told the person on the other line I was calling police and they hung up..
