Received a call from "Jennifer Brown" who left a message to call as soon as I get this message with my retained Attorney of record stating 'or the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfold on you'. This is a complete scam. I have reported it to local authorities.
Called and left threatening message that my husband was suspect in an investigation. Refused to leave anymore information. Has continued to call. Does anyone know if this is a real debt collection agency?
I also got a call from a Austin Black and he told me that I have to pay a unpaid pay day loan or I was going to be arrested by Friday and sent to jail. He said than I have to pay more then $10,000 back in fines and fees. This is a scam. Do not give them any money.

Called and said I owed a cancellation fee on a loan and a fee for filling out the loan app...Said I would be arrested at my job tomorrow..The only way to prevent this was to buy some card....I said do what u got to and you will be investigated for fraud he hung up...
They called my place of employment and said i never paid for a loan, "Which I never received" and said they will be speaking to my manager and I better have a lawyer. 360-646-8050
