Received a call from "Jennifer Brown" who left a message to call as soon as I get this message with my retained Attorney of record stating 'or the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfold on you'. This is a complete scam. I have reported it to local authorities.
These guys called me about 4 years ago. Didn't pay them a dime in fact told him I would be waiting on my front porch for the cops. Well... Guess who I heard from tonight, yep it was the friendly Indian folks back with the threat of jail. I told him to send the cops because I could use a 30 day vacation. If your reading this, please don't pay these guys.... If someone is going to sue you, you will get a visit from the sheffif. No one will call and threaten to put you in jail. I work very hard for my money as I'm sure the rest of you do. Those Indian fu$&s need to a job
This number has been calling me and actually fell for it they make it sound so believable and so I did the prepaid card because they said it was the only way. I really feel this is a scam but they are telling me now that the amount which I paid was good (I was told it would drop all warrants etc.) but however now I owe more if I want to stay out of jail and not be arrested. How can I deal with this? I have tried to intimidate them but they are relentless and like I said they make it sound extremely real and serious. I have lost my money but I need to know how to prevent them from continuing to harrass me and still saying I will be arrested by the end of today. It is also looking really bad for them to call my workplace. Anyone reading this also please learn from me I am learning no legit attorneys office would have you pay with a prepaid card, I let them scare me into shock mode and did as they said. Any help?
