Received a call from "Jennifer Brown" who left a message to call as soon as I get this message with my retained Attorney of record stating 'or the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfold on you'. This is a complete scam. I have reported it to local authorities.
Similar thing just happened to me. Same phone number but they spoke in broken Chinese or Korean. He said I was facing criminal charges for fraud and I need an attorney because they will have me arrested at work. My chapt 7 was discharged 3 months ago and I had a check into cash included in bankruptcy. He said that I commited fraud because I didn't go thru and make my payment like I promised. He didn't mention wanting any money from me. I'm sure he will the next phone call. I'm blocking that number now. Nothing worse than a low down lieing cheating scammer.
