It's a scam. They are calling from Canada using fake Caller IDs. The Robo Call Law doesn't apply to canada. The best thing is either not answer or answer and waste their time. Act as dumb as they are. They might get the message.
i got the exact same call on my home phone and tried to call back and it said leave a message ??????? so i just erased it off my caller id.......is alll i can do see if they call back....
