Received a call from Barbados of all places, saying I had been selected to receive an $8000 government grant that would never need to be repaid. Caller gave me some so-called "identifiers" and a phone number I should call back. Turns out, all I had to do was go to a Money-Gram counter in a local store, deposit $200 and pay a $3.95 service fee, and my "money" would be available on a card I would receive in a few days. Sound like a scam to anyone else?
