Recorded call to my cell phone offering to lower the interest on my credit card. Hung up on the call.

Got a call on my cell as well, in NJ. Didn't pick up tho and it left no message

Got a call on my cell. Didn't pick up, and there was no voicemail.

Caller ID for 360-755-0452 says Burton Care Center which is in Washington State and Ohio.  No message left and when I answered no one was there.  Tried calling back and no one answered.

Got a call offering to lower my interest rate on my credit card, when asked, they said it was my VISA card and that they represented Chase, Bank of America and Capital One.  The only problem is...I don't have a VISA card. When I told them that I did not have a VISA, they hung up on me.
