They called me-- I did not answer-- the voice mail was a recording something about lowering my interest rate-- not going to call back. 9/23/14

Just received a call from this number 360.755.0452.

Automated message from the "Credit Card Agency" telling me that hey could lower my interest rate, "there is nothing wrong with your account, by this is your final notice for lower interest rate."

Answered it in case it WAS someone from my bank so I could ream them out, though none of my banks originate calls in Washington. It was very loud wherever he was, and he asked if I was "responding to the offer." I asked which card he was calling about "Capital One, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, you have one of these right?"

"Nope."

Two calls today from 360.755.0452   no message  Did not answer when I called back.

Call to my cell phone, I didn't recognize the number, so I hung up.
