Just received call from this number on my cell phone (11:16AM EDT 9/23/2014).  Recorded message generically stating that they could reduce my interest rate on my credit card - and that there are no issues with my credit card, either (how nice...).
Hung up before it could finish. Sorry - my credit union would call me personally, not with a recording originating in Washington state.

This number called my cell phone. I did not answer. No voicemail.   9/23/14 - 11:30 am

received call from this number -- silence, then hangs up. sounds like automated disconnect.

2 calls within 10 minutes. No message added to blocked list.

They called; I did not respond to said call; they did not leave a message.
