This number called me and said the it's is filing a lawsuit against me. They wanted to know how I was going to resolve this matter and that I could go to jail
Got the same call today in WI.....saying the IRS is filing suit against me and to call the number......lawsuit? because I give them 1/3 of every dollar I make??? Yeah right......I'm still waiting on an additional $$ from an amended return because Turbo Tax screwed ours up this year.
Well they will tell you how thy are the IRS and you miscalculated you taxes and will soon be arrested and the world will fall on you. Then they will say that they can make the whole thing go away if you just wire them some money by an untraceable means.
And that's about it.
Ignore them and block their calls. Scams been around for a while.
Got a call same thing IRS....person had heavy accent. Said police are on the way to arrest us for miscalculation on taxes from 2009 to 2014. Wanted payment to stop the police and ccourt. Someone needs to stop this!
