Just did another search on the number. Comes up with ,Willard's Pest Control. They are located in Monroe, WA. I guess they are trying to drum up some business ??
It said Snohomish WA (CID) female voice saying I would receive a $50 gift certificate to Target (mentioned a couple of other places) if I participated in a survey. After yelling several times to remove my phome #, the computer voice said I will remove you.
