Who called from 3607998978

I got a call from 3607998978 I don't know anyone in WA who would call my cell, I did not answer the call. When I called back ten seconds later a message said the phone number I was trying to reach was out of service....to me that says scam!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share at this  level of detail. I found it very helpful as I'm sure others do as well.

Got a call from 13607998978 .Am concerned they may try to scam  those vulnerable. I read comments that they are trying to get access to credit cards so want to report. Is this the place to report?
