Who called from 3607998978

I just got a call today, I didn't answer just got that is from washington, this is very annoying.

I answered my work phone like I always do. Introduced myself and asked what I can do to help. I heard nothing on the other end. Well the jokes on them because if they call back, any number of my colleagues will end up getting the call and if they ask for me and see the area code, they'll ask where they're calling from and transfer it to the rep who handled WA. LOL, pathetic losers.

They are REALLY busy today.  I contacted the FTC.  Did not answer the phone.  I don't answer any call that does not have a Called ID name attached to it.

this is on my cell!  usually these are on landline . . . . all i know is the location is Washington
